Meinhardt worked closely with our clients to build a greenfield plant for The Nestle Waters Business unit of Nestle (Thai) Ltd in Surat Thani. The factory is the second manufacturing and distribution hub for Nestle Pure Life Bottled Water.
The factory spans just over 170,000 square meters including the manufacturing, warehousing, offices and utility areas. Meinhardt was appointed as project and construction managers in addition to providing detailed concept designs for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering. Sound engineering designs enhance safety and efficiency of the plant. These in turn allow clients to run safe manufacturing operations that are sustainable.
The plant saw an investment of almost 1.8 billion baht and serves as a distribution point for high-quality drinking water to consumers in 14 southern provinces nationwide.
