CEO - Meinhardt Group
This strategic partnership with Delta represents a powerful convergence of innovation and implementation. By combining Delta’s cutting-edge technologies with Meinhardt’s capabilities, we are uniquely positioned to co-create scalable, future-oriented, intelligent and sustainable infrastructure solutions across critical sectors. It reflects our shared commitment to accelerating digitalisation, energy transition, climate resilience and sustainable urbanisation across Southeast and South Asia, as well as other markets worldwide.
The MOU outlines collaboration across various engagement models — Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC); Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Financing (EPCF), and Public-Private Partnerships — in sectors such as energy, transport, construction, renewables, water, and waste-to-energy. A key focus is building smart industrial capacity in emerging markets to address global supply chain vulnerabilities, and to mitigate risks stemming from geopolitical tensions, trade wars, and natural disasters.

By combining our complementary strengths, we aim to catalyse the adoption of sustainable, energy-efficient infrastructure across key growth markets and contribute meaningfully to the global transition toward a net-zero future.
Delta views this alliance as a continuation of its mission to enable digital transformation and energy transition in urban infrastructure.
“At Delta, we believe that innovation scales faster when it’s built on collaboration,” said Mr Jackie Chang, SEA Regional Business Head at Delta Electronics. “Working with Meinhardt allows us to bring our solutions such as smart building automation, data centre infrastructure, and EV charging into large-scale projects with the right expertise on the ground. We’re excited about what we can achieve together.”
With strong footprints across the region, both organisations are well-placed to drive real-world progress through collaborative innovation — delivering solutions that meet sustainability goals while helping to modernise Asia’s infrastructure landscape.
