A seasoned and highly accomplished professional and leader in the professional consultancy sector, Vinesh Natali’s illustrious career has spanned over three decades. He now helms the Meinhardt EPCM Group globally.

His vast expertise and experience encompasses planning, designing, and managing strategic projects within the Advanced Manufacturing; Oil and Gas; Heavy Industrial Plants; Power and Energy, and Built Environment sectors across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.

Vinesh joined Meinhardt in 2014, spearheading the start-up of the Industrial Technologies Group. A year later, this unit evolved into the Meinhardt EPCM Group which now has a significant global footprint with 17 operational offices across nine countries. The EPCM Group is also leading Meinhardt Group’s foray in various geographical markets such as Malta, Brazil and Canada.

Vinesh's strategic vision and progressive leadership have propelled him to the position of CEO of EPCM Group globally whereby he collaborates closely with the Group Chairman and Group CEO to establish and execute the business strategy and oversee the EPCM/EPC business operations on a global scale.

Throughout his impressive career, Vinesh has led and contributed to notable and renowned projects such as Resorts World Sentosa, University Town, River Safari, and Tuas Desalination Plant in Singapore, and Shell Retail Programme regionally, to name a few. Furthermore, he champions and oversees Meinhardt’s strategic client relationships with industry titans like Shell, Nestle, Continental, Cargill, AWS, and Vale.

Before joining Meinhardt, Vinesh served as the Technical Director at Beca's consulting business in Singapore, leading the PMC group. He also held the position of Deputy Group Manager of the Energy and Industrial Group at MWH NZ Ltd before relocating to Singapore in 2007.

Vinesh is an alumnus of the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. He further honed his leadership skills by completing an Executive MBA from the University of Otago in 2005, as well as Project Management training in USA the year before that.

Constantly striving for excellence through innovation and creativity, Vinesh has been instrumental in Meinhardt Group’s commitment to delivering projects with speed, precision, and safety. Under his leadership, the company has earned numerous accolades in diverse areas such as design innovation, modern methods of construction, women Empowerment, Health and Safety, Ethics and Compliance, Digitalisation, Supply Chain Management, and in achieving low carbon targets for clients. He also led the EPCM Group in achieving the ISO37001 certification and publishing its inaugural Environmental, Social, and Governance report.
