The Dilmunia Health City Development is a cluster of manmade islands located in the north-east of Muharraq island.
It is estimated to be some 2 km north-east of the present Bahrain International Airport. The island will be divided into different clusters such as wellness cluster, hotel cluster, residential cluster, mixed-use development, administration and commercial centre. The inner core of the island will contain the central medical facilities while on the south of the medical centre are the locations of mixed-use commercial and residential units. Hotel cluster will be located at the north east shore of the island and the south-eastern parts are the location of mixed-use low-rise residences and apartments enhanced by small boutiques and café facilities.
