FTB Tower is located on Lot A, Sangkat Monorom, Khan 7 Makara along Russian Boulevard, near the Peace Palace, the office of the Council of Ministers, at the heart of Phnom Penh business center.
With total gross floor area of 77,593 square meters, FTB tower, when completed, will have 28 floors and dedicated 4 floors at the basement to accommodate car and motorbike parking, and a rooftop helipad for helicopter landing.
