This mixed use project has a planned GFA of 120,856m2 (assumed). It shall comprise of a 20 floor 300 key hotel (Marriott Fairfield) and a 11-floor office tower, on an 11-floor podium with retail and carparking. There shall be an additional 2 level basement for vehicular parking.
