The Kowloon Southern Link (KSL) railway joins the East Rail at East Tsim Sha Tsui Station with West Rail at Nam Cheong Station and is seen as a strategic addition to the rail network of Hong Kong.
Meinhardt together with our joint venture partner Mott Connell is providing design engineering to the contracting JV as part of the Design-Build team. Meinhardt is providing all engineering services for the Austin Station, the cut and cover tunnels and the adjacent tunnel boring machine (TBM) launching shaft adjacent to the station, including structural, civil, geotechnical and building services engineering design and supervision.
