Meinhardt provided successful alternative tender design and post-contract engineering design for Samsung-UEM JV of a 118-storey, 644m tall tower consisting of 400,000 sqm of the residential, hotel and commercial space. The structural system comprises a robust central core with 3 levels of steel-concrete composite outrigger and belt trusses and a composite floor system.
