S Oasis is the new mixed-used project with approximately 54,000 square meter net leasable area for office and retail space. The project has been developed on 7-Rai long-term lease land located in the rapidly developing Chatuchak District of Bangkok, the site is easily accessible. The site is flanked by two major roads; Vibhavadi Rangsit road directly on the east, and Phahonyothin Road a little further to the west. The Don Muang Toll Way also passes alongside the site. The project is estimated to be completed within 3 years commencing from the beginning of 2019.
The building consists of 2 blocks – a 31-storey office tower and a 11-storey podium which consists of retail and parking. The tower and podium are linked but are structurally separate. The office tower has a central core which is efficiently laid out to maximize floor area.
