Sathapana Tower provides Grade A office space for rent in Phnom Penh and is located on Norodom Boulevard in the Daun Penh area of the city, Sathapana Tower has contributed to the growing “banking-belt” of HQ’s that occupy the city CBD. Sathapana Tower serves as the HQ for the Sathapana Banking Corporation and offers tenants 19 floors of Grade A office space for lease with 933 Sqm floor plates. Internally there are six (6) elevators to service tenants plus raised flooring and centralized air-conditioning. One drawback of the building is the lack of on-site parking availability.
With a total floor area of 33,135 square metres. The new headquarters will be the bank’s primary hub for expanding its products and services to its growing clientele and is estimated to accommodate at least 1,200 employees.
