Singapore-headquartered global design, engineering, project and construction management firm, Meinhardt Group, is proud to be the Design Consultant and Technical Advisors for Structure, Mechanical and Electrical engineering systems, as well as building Facade and Lighting services for the Norodom Business Tower, a 28-floor high-rise building located at the heart of Phnom Penh.
The groundbreaking ceremony was held on 24 April, attended by the top officials of TP Moral Group (TPMG) and invited guests.

The Norodom Business Tower is set to become a new landmark in Phnom Penh, and Meinhardt Group is excited to contribute its technical expertise to this prominent development project. The Norodom Business Tower will undoubtedly become a significant addition to the skyline and the development of Phnom Penh as a modern city and indeed a testament to Cambodia's economic progress.
“The tower's location at the heart of the city's commercial, economic, political, and diplomatic hub is strategic, and promises to provide an excellent platform for businesses, tourism, and leisure. We would like to express our gratitude to TPMG, and all the project partners involved in making this landmark project a reality,” he added.
The tower will comprise four levels of underground parking and 28 floors, of which 10 floors will host Grade A Serviced Offices with state-of-the-art design and facilities, whilst the remaining will house a five-star Pan Pacific Hotel, providing luxurious accommodation, an exquisite restaurants, leisure facilities, a rooftop bar, and a pool with picturesque views of the city and the riverside.
The Norodom Business Tower is expected to be completed in 30 months, and Meinhardt is looking forward to providing its continued technical support and expertise, throughout the construction process.
