Meinhardt has provided structural engineering design services in only 2.5 months for this fast-track project, just in time for the 15th Francophonie Summit which was held in Dakar, Senegal, on the 29th November 2014. Our client for this project is Summa Construction, and architectural services were provided by Tabanlioglu Architecture-both Turkey based companies.
