Royal Group Central is a mixed-use development consisted of 2 Phases of Shophouse and Tower. Phase 1 is a 6 storey and roof. Phase 2 consist of 34 floors of residential, 22 floors of serviced apartment, 12 floors of 3-star hotel, 7 floors of podium carpark, 4 floors of retail and 2 floors of basement. Total 50 floors of tower.
The site is located along Preah Trasak Paem Street (63) and adjacent to Jayavarman 7 Street (172).
Meinhardt (Cambodia) provided services of C&S engineering design from concept to tender stage.
