The project comprises of a mixed use development of office, residential, hotel and retail within two towers which rise from a common 5 levels basement podium with total GFA of approx. 150,000 sqm.
The proposed development is on site of 11,680 sqm which is situated within the centre land parcels in the heart of Mega Kuningan Central Business District of Jakarta, Indonesia.
The 47 storey tower will have 200 room, 5-Star Hotel and Residential. The other tower will be 23 storey office tower with retail spaces. Total floor area of the two towers is 99,000 sqm.
