A mixed-use scheme of circa 200,000ft² NLA, constructed over 7 stories.
The project entailed:

Refurbishment of existing 90,000ft²
Vinopolis building into urban-feel retail space.

40,000ft2 new build commercial offices.

19,000ft2 Thames House offices.

Theatre/Cinema complex.
One of the key challenges to the site was the integration of the existing Vinopolis arches underneath the rail tracks. The rail tracks continued to operate during the construction of the development.
The scope involved taking the project from Stage 3 design through to technical design (Stage 4), tender, and construction. Meinhardt provided Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, and Vertical Transportation Services.
