This newly built development comprises office tower, retails, storage and carpark. Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd. delivered M&E BIM Services which accurately coordinate between all M&E services, Architecture and Structure.
Meinhardt also provides the LEED Certification services for the prerequisites and credits listed in the LEED Reference Guide throughout the design and construction processes.
The project plans to have LEED approved.
